Vintage cover art, part 15

Here’s another nostalgic look at big, clunky video tapes. These beautiful things were put on the market in the 1970′s when the Grindhouse theaters began disappearing. Videocassette recording then dominated the consumer market in the 80′s and 90′s and sort of became the Grindhouse for that era. It was a glorious time, and I still remember walking around the video stores admiring the awesome posters on the VHS boxes for hours at a time, much like being at an art museum.
