This one satisfies cult action fans in every way: THE HEROIN BUSTERS review

Yet another winner from director Enzo G. Castellari (High Crime, Inglorious Bastards) – one of the masters of Italian action films. The Heroin Busters has a simple plot (not much story coming in the way of all the violence). Italian superstar Fabio Testi plays a slightly insane cop gone deep, deep, deep undercover to take down a relentless band of drug dealers and sleaze-bags. An Interpol agent (played by David Hemmings) joins Fabio in the investigation and together they declare war and kick the crap out of worthless punks. The Heroin Busters is a great portion of delicious Eurocrime salad with bloodily-red tomato sauce. It oozes 70s style and has an unforgettable motorcycle vs. airplane chase, genre-typical brutality and a terrific pop-synth score by prog-rockers Goblin.
